Greetings from NCCC!

FOMCA together with National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC) will be organizing the 7th Complaintfest 2013 on 27th August 2013 at Cititel Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

The NCCC, formed in 2004, is one of the the pioneers in Consumer Dispute Resolution in both South East Asia as well as Malaysia. On 2012, the organisation handled approximately 41,963 complaints throughout Malaysia. The relevance and impact on NCCC among the consumers can be evidenced in the Annual Report as the number of complaints has increased again for the 8th consecutive year. Complaints received were divided into 20 different categories this year as few categories have been consolidated and merged.

In light of the above, we would like to invite senior personnel (executives and managers) from your organization to join this seminar. Attached herewith is the brochure of the 7th Complaintfest 2013 for your perusal.
